Supported Windows/Platform SDK

Windows Server 2003 PSDK is what is used for all VC6 builds. All official releases or snaps are built using VC6 and this SDK.

SDK 6.1 is used for the VC8 and VC9 builds. Our upcoming official VC8 (x86 and x64) will use it as well.
