Freetype PHP Windows, How to compile

All prebuilt libraries are available in the php-libs repositories

The filename format is:

freetype-x.y.z-vcversion.zip

where x.y.z defines the version, vcversion which Visual C++ has been used.

Only the static libraries are built for now. We may add DLLs later but PHP is linked statically against Freetype.

VC6 uses Makefile while later versions can use the projects files included in our src archive.

Multithreaded builds are used with the default PHP builds. Singlethreaded are used for the non TS builds.

Compile for default PHP builds (TS mode):

cd c:\build_php_deps\libpng1229\projects\
nmake /f libpng.mak CFG= "Release MT"

Compile for not threaded PHP builds (no TS mode):

cd c:\build_php_deps\libpng1229\projects\
nmake /f libpng.mak CFG= "Release ST"
