Determine the official route for:

• Order: Do newest PHP versions go on top or bottom?
• Format: Is it PHP 5, 5, 5.0, or 5.0.0?
• Information: Would the documentation make sense without the changelog entries? It should.

Next, evaluate each changelog and ensure it adheres to our official scheme.
