All prebuilt libraries are available in the php-libs repositories
The filename format is:
dirent-date-vcversion.zip
where datae defines the date when we updated the sources, vcversion which Visual C++ has been used.
Simply open the project files and compile your desired build (vc6/8/9 are available). Only static library are available.
