Security issues

Statuses:

• Open - existing bug, no known fix, somebody needs to look at it ASAP
• Pending - somebody is working on the fix
• Fixed - the fix is in security repo, pending merge
• Fixed in lower branch - the fix is in security repo for lower branch, porting is needed
• Merged - the fix is merged into public repo and published
