ICU is an internationalization library supported by IBM. Home of the project is http://www.icu-project.org/

Builds available from ICU site do not support VC6, so we need to build custom library for VC6 support. The modified sources are available from the source repository

Builds for 3.6 on VC6 and 3.8.1 on VC9 32 and 64-bit are available from http://pecl2.php.net/downloads/php-windows-builds/php-libs/. Build for 3.8.1 on VS2005 (VC8) is available from ICU site.
