Unicode Issues

In this section we will post common issues with PHP 5.3 applications running with PHP 6.0. Also common workaround and solutions are marked including they are workaround that work in PHP 5.3 as well. If things need to be fixed in PHP, a report needs to be created in the bug tracker.
