Status: last commit of either of the listed maintainers (Chuck Hagenbuch, Ilia Alshanetsky, Pierre-Alain Joye) has been on 2010-11-18; the latest upstream release of the underlying libc-client has been on 2011-07-22; it seems that most distros still maintain libc-client, but on Windows we're still using the old 2007f; the mail related Windows PHPTs rely on IMAP
