This is a fork of [[http://www.isc.org/index.pl?/sw/bind/index.php|bind]] used exclusively for domain resolving for PHP on Windows.  The source for this is located in PHP CVS and has no versioning.  Changes are made to patch known security issues or to fix windows compiler problems only.
