• bzip2 Sources: http://www.bzip.org/ or the already modified makefiles here. Only the name of the library has been changed
• Common tools used to compile PHP

Compile the release version:

nmake /f makefile.msc

Compile the debug version:

nmake /f makefile_debug.msc
